2010 AIA NORTHWEST & PACIFIC REGION CONFERENCE The 2010 conference will address the future prospects for an architecture that is truly sustainable as we awaken to the realities of climate change, dwindling resources, and the rapid transformation of current professional practice paradigms. An outstanding lineup of nationally-prominent speakers and local luminaries. The conference will draw significantly upon the resources of the School of Architecture and Allied Arts at the University of Oregon, with an entire day devoted to the cutting-edge research being conducted on the Eugene campus. A series of optional tours will also be available to conference attendees, with visits to Eugene projects by Morphosis, Ellerbe Becket, Hardy Holzman Pfeiffer, and travel further afield to Frank Lloyd Wright's Gordon House and Alvar Aalto's Mt. Angel Library. For more information contact one of the 2010 Conference co-chairs: 2011 AIA NORTHWEST & PACIFIC REGION CONFERENCE
